  • We do not share your personal information with lenders. When you choose to continue to a lender, you go to the lender's own website, where you decide what to submit. The lender's own privacy policy governs anything you enter there.
  • We do not contact you by phone or text based on the information on this site.

Estimates and public data

Our estimates use information you provide together with public data (for example, U.S. Census and CFPB/HMDA data) and historical average mortgage rates published by Freddie Mac. Estimates are illustrative and are not an offer of credit.

Affiliate links

Some lender links are affiliate links. If you start an application with a lender after clicking one, we may earn a referral fee at no cost to you. This never changes the rate a lender offers you.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the cookies and storage needed to run the site and remember your current estimate. We do not append your personal information to outbound lender links.
